House
You live in a house with about 200 sqm living space (inside, outside) divided into three bedrooms (2 persons per room), a spacious living room with a dining area and the kitchen, as well as two bathrooms.
The house is completely air-conditioned. Internet access is available. It`s comfortable for 6 persons.
The standard equipment includes a washing machine and a dryer, towels,
bed-linen.
The swimming pool is about 30 feet long and therefore a
really nice swim is possible.
If required - because of seasonal factors - the pool can be heated by a solar system or by an electrical pool heater. You can “live” on the unusual spacious terrace, there is enough place to sit, to play, to relax. Nobody is able a have a look at the pool area.
The whole pool-area is covered with a screen - which is permeable to sun, wind and rain, but prevents mosquitoes from coming in. For sun-worshipper -the whole day you have got sunshine on the terrace, on the pool ! But there is still a roof, if you need a little bit shadow.
From the pool area you have got a nice view of a big natural garden (about 2000 sqm) with indigenous plants and forest stand and interesting stone formations.

Lehigh Acres is a cozy small town without high-rise buildings or industry, embedded in palm and stone pine woods.
Gulf of Mexico
The white beaches at the gulf coast with its offshore islands Sanibel and Captiva can be reached easily by car.
